Joe Timmons with a very nice Keuka Lake Bass . He was fishing on Keuka Lake in very cold and wet conditions, but stuck with it and landed a some very nice Bass. They landed a couple of nice Smallies and Largemouth in the 5 lb range along with some nice size Pickerel and one very nice Laker.They also caught 2 unusualy large perch! They have never seen them that big in Pennsylvania.These perch were close to if not at the 3 lbs mark.
" I had never fished in a lake like Keuka Lake before. We went out with 6 people and 3 boats, we had the whole lake to ourselves. I know it was cold in the 30's and low 40's, but with such a great lake it would take a lot more than that to stop us from fishing it. The thing that stands out more than the great fishing in the lake is that every person we meet up there were pleasant beyond belief, there wasn't one time that we would be fishing near the bank and pass someone working or relaxing at their property that they didn't have a tip or a kind word for us knowing that we were from out of state from the registration numbers on the side of my boat.
